NOBODY BUT YOU. Release date March 03, 2009
Dear Readers,
I'm very excited about the pending release of NOBODY BUT YOU, Book # 2 of my new Grayson Friends Series slated for March 03, 2009. It's the story of Cameron McBride, NASCAR champion. You caught a glimpse of Cameron in DREAMING OF YOU as the best-friend of Brandon Grayson. While Brandon celebrated his birthday by dancing with as many woman as possible, Cameron wondered if his heart would ever move on and forget the woman who left him at the alter. Well, Cameron and readers are about to find the answer.
Daytona signals the start of the NASCAR racing season and is scheduled for February 15th. By the time NOBODY BUT YOU hits bookshelves March 3rd, three races will have been completed. All of the races are mentioned in NBY, and the story starts at the Fontana track (February 22nd) in California.
I had a fabulous time researching the thrilling world of NASCAR. I'm fortunate that one of the great racing tracks, Texas Motor Speedway, is little over an hour away, and that Mike Zizzo, Director of Media Relations, invited me to the Dickies 500 to experience NASCAR at it finest!! It was an exciting experience and one I'll never forget. I must confess that after seeing stock cars reach speeds of 200 MPH, I sort of got the urge to see what my car could do on an open road with no other cars in sight. I reached 80 MPH before sanity returned. LOL. My respect for race car drivers shot even higher.
I absolutely love the book trailer for NOBODY BUT YOU and hope you'll agree. Everything fits. Please let me know if you agree.
Next up is AND MISTRESS MAKES THREE June 23, 2009. What do you do when after fourteen years of marriage your husband suddenly divorces you, leaving you with two unhappy children, a stack of bills, a house and yard that needs work - while he happily lives his dream? Gina Rawlings had better find the answer and fast. AND MISTRESS MAKES THREE is book # 40 for me. Bless and thank each of you for enabling me to live my dream!
November will see the release of ONE NIGHT WITH YOU, Duncan McBride's story. Faith and Cameron might have escaped the family curse, but Duncan doesn't hold out much hope for himself. But, then, he hadn't met Raven La Blanc.

Today, Celebrity Bakery and Cafe, a chain restaurant in the Dallas metroplex, honored me and three other women as local heroes. I was honored due to establishing The Turning Point Legal Defense Fund, a fund that assist battered women with their legal expenses. The fund is managed by the Family Place, a local women's shelter in Dallas. A menu item that I selected, Cranberry Chicken Salad will now be Francis Ray's Cranberry Chicken Salad on the menu board. It was a fun event. I was humbled by the honor, and then totally blown away when several fans who were guests of another honoree promptly went to the Borders bookstore next door and purchased books for me to sign. It was an incredible afternoon.

Gina Rawlins is dealing with a cheating husband, a messy divorce, two unhappy children, and a floundering travel business when the very handsome new owner of the local B&B, Max Chaneau, enters her life.
