Nicole S. Rouse was born and raised in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She earned her degree from Temple University and is currently a managing editor at a major educational publishing company. Nicole’s debut novel, Happily Ever Now, has consistently ranked on the Top 25 Christian Independent Publishers Best Sellers List after its 2007 release. Happily Ever Now was voted EDC Creations 2008 Best Book Award.
Nicole’s sophomore novel, Someone to Love Me, was picked up by Blackespressions.com before its scheduled release date.
During her spare time, she is a mentor at the Boys and Girls Club in Chicago, where she encourages children to dream beyond their expectations. She also teaches writing workshops to aspiring writers. Nicole is a member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc., and resides near Chicago, IL.
